Returns

We can accept returns of any of our products within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging & no less than 2.5g (used) of its origin weight (equivalent of 3 days usage).

Please include your customer order number and the return address where the items can be sent. As well as a printed copy of your email confirmation with your returned merchandise.

Once returned items are received, a full refund will be processed within a 48 hour period. Please allow for 3 business days for refunds to bank accounts & Paypal accounts to clear.

Return shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.

Import Tax Duty Liability Statement:

For purchases made outside of the US, UK, and EU, customers accept full responsibility for any import tax duties applicable to their orders.

By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to be responsible for any and all import tax duties associated with your order. Import tax duties may be imposed by customs authorities in your country upon the arrival of the purchased items. These duties are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees listed on our website.
