Delivery UK Orders

All of our items are dispatched using Royal Mail Parcel service.

Orders to the UK are delivered FREE of charge via our standard delivery option.
Please allow 1-2 working days from dispatch, sometimes your order can arrive quicker, but during busy times it may take longer, so be sure to drop us an email if you need your item urgently and we’ll do our best to help. For requested bulk orders, please email us for prices and estimated delivery times.

International Orders

We aim to deliver within 3-7 working days from dispatch WORLDWIDE.
Orders WORLDWIDE are delivered FREE of charge via our standard delivery option.
Please note: Sometimes international orders can get stuck at the border while being processed by Customs. This will often delay a package by a few days. Once a package leaves the GOFYBR processing plant we no longer have control over shipping times. At that point your package becomes the property of the Royal Mail until it is delivered to your address.

Returns

We can accept returns of any of our products within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging in the same condition that you received it & no less than 2.5g used of it's origin weight (equivalent of 3 days use). 

To return your order please email us at; info@gofybr.com with your customer order number and the return address where the items can be sent. Please include a printed copy of your email confirmation with your returned merchandise.

Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.

Damage

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 7 days & we will get a replacement out to you! In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the damage so we can work out how it happened and take steps to further improve our packaging & service!
